With 30 years of experience in the medical field; working in the Operating Room, as well as a First Responder/EMT and on the Trauma Team in the Emergency Department and along side many gifted physicians and providers, it is with deep gratitude to be able to help and serve during these stressful and uncertain times. While working in emergency medicine, I was simultaneously immersed in my own intensive meditation practice and in depth study of many spiritual and healing traditions and training, while raising my family as a single mom. I have created a meditation group called EnLighten Up that is open to all levels and also enjoy offering Sound Bath Healing Meditations as well.
I have dedicated the past 30 years of my life to helping the sick, injured, and those in emotional and spiritual crisis. It brings me deep joy to help those in need, find their true potential and guide them on their journey. I am an Ordained Minister and am honored to be of service.
My focus is on teaching clients how to align and facilitate heart coherence, bringing harmony and balance to the autonomic nervous system for alignment of emotional, energetic, physical and spiritual healing and self regulation. I provide a unique healing experience through intuitive guidance and channeled energetic healing. My belief is, with compassion, awareness and guidance, clients can both honor and understand their coping mechanisms and break free from their own limitations. I draw from various teachings and respect and welcome all faiths.
